Tasty, delicious and juicy but did you know the hustle we had to go through before putting that awesome pizza at your plate. Well, if you didn’t know then you should. Making a pizza is not a simple job. It requires dexterity and passion for the job. If you are the kind of chef who gives up on the first try, then making pizza is not your cut.
It requires resilience, using the best pizza ovens, the best ingredients no matter how deep they cut into your pocket to get the product right. And when things go wrong, they go totally wrong with the pizza since it can get burnt, or just uncooked from the inside.
So to get everything right, we asked our resident chef Gennaro Contaldo to help us making the best pizza and this were his steps.
- 1 cup sauce
- 2 cup toppings
- 2 cups shredded cheese and wheat flour
- Well sliced cooked bacon
- Pepper if you want it hot
- Tomato sauce for the red color
- Preheat the oven
- Make a dough with flour, salt and some warm water
- Knead it as though you are making bread
- Spread the kneaded dough into a flat surface but in a round shape.
- Place your toppings and take it to the hot oven
